We simplify the reservation process at The Station so that you get the best experience possible. To reserve your cottage, all you need to do is to fill out our online application, which can be found under the “Apply Tab” on our main site. Once you’ve completed your application and selected your cottage, our leasing team will reach out to you with your next steps! Those steps will include signing your Housing Contract and submitting Guarantor or Self-Qualifying information per our Rental Criteria. Once you have completed your contract, we will screen you and your Guarantor (if applicable) and contact you with the screening decision! Once you have received your screening decision results, we will notify you of any fees/deposits that are needed. It’s as easy as that! We make the process simple, so you don’t have to worry about trying to figure it all out. And, if you have any questions, simply email email@example.com.
To best meet the needs of our clientele, we offer 12-month housing contracts. We make the transition period for all of our housing contracts as smooth as possible by offering a housing contract period that runs from August to late July. Our leasing office is happy to provide additional information.
The Station offers the cottages with various different floor plans and bedroom options, including 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms.
Each bedroom is complete with its own personal bathroom, and some cottages include an extra half bath.
The Station offers a huge resort-style pool; beach volleyball, & grilling pavilion; clubhouse with a computer lab, fitness center, virtual driving range, social room, study rooms & full kitchen; private yards, and porches & patios.

Yes. Each Station cottage comes furnished with every standard appliance: refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Yes, we offer a furniture package that includes a high-quality living room and bedroom furniture, including a mattress.
Each cottage has either a patio or deck (depending on topography), and some cottages have large front porches as well.
Parking is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have ground floor parking as well as a 3-story parking deck.
Yes, the cottages are wired for high-speed internet and cable.
For our tenants' convenience, The Station issues electronic key fobs to each resident, which allows for a keying system similar to a hotel's in which each resident has one key that can be used to access his or her cottage as well as community amenities like the clubhouse and pool. This system allows residents to enjoy The Station amenities 24 hours a day.
Yes, most of our cottages allow pets, although an additional pet deposit and cleaning fee may apply.
The cottages range in size from approximately 1,250 square feet (3 BR/3 BA) to approximately 1,880 square feet (6 BR/6 BA).
Installment payments are due on the 1st of every month and are late on the 4th day at 9 a.m. You can bring your payment to the clubhouse if you are paying via personal/cashier's check. Otherwise, you are able to pay online through your resident portal with a card or e-check.
Your monthly installment payment includes high-speed Internet, basic cable, pest control, trash, lawn maintenance, and access to all of The Station's amenities at no additional charge.
