We simplify the reservation process at The Station so that you get the best experience possible. To reserve your cottage, all you need to do is to fill out our online application by clicking on the “Apply Now” button.
We offer 12-month housing contracts, with the contract period starting in August and running to late July. We want to make move-in and move-out a breeze, so our contracts align with the University of Central Florida academic calendar — students can move-in right before the fall semester begins.
The Station offers the cottages with four different floor plans and bedroom options, including three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes outfitted with elegant apartment features and a custom-designed furniture package.
Each bedroom is complete with its own bathroom, and some of our Orlando apartments include an extra half bath.
Our UCF off campus housing community provides residents access to a myriad of resort-style amenities right outside their front door. These include an extravagant pool and outdoor terrace, beach volleyball court, grilling pavilion, clubhouse, computer lab, two-story fitness center, virtual driving range, resident lounge, study rooms, and full kitchen.
The Station boasts an ideal location, just steps from the University of Central Florida campus and plenty of local eateries, shops, and entertainment spots. Our apartments near UCF are across from campus and minutes from Spectrum Stadium and Knights Circle.
Yes! Each apartment comes with standard appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice-maker, a dishwasher, a range/oven, a microwave, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Yes, we offer a furniture package that includes high-quality living room and bedroom furniture, including a mattress.
Each cottage has either a patio or deck (depending on topography), and some cottages have large front porches as well.
Parking is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have ground floor parking as well as a three-story parking garage.
Yes! Our cottages are wired for high-speed Internet and cable.
For maximum convenience, The Station issues electronic key fobs to each resident, which allows for a keying system similar to a hotel’s in which each resident has one key that unlocks their cottage and provides 24/7 access to community amenities.
Yes, most of our cottages allow pets — read our pet policy.
Our UCF student apartments range in size from three-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom apartments. Our smallest unit (Milledge-A) is 1,349 square feet, while our most massive apartment (Belmont) is 2,304 square feet. The number of square feet in your exact apartment depends on the selected floor plan.
Monthly installment payments are due on the 1st of every month and are late on the 4th day at 9 a.m. You can bring your payment to the clubhouse if you are paying via personal/cashier’s check. Otherwise, you can pay online through your resident portal with a card or e-check.
Your monthly installment payment includes high-speed Internet, basic cable, pest control, trash, lawn maintenance, and access to all of The Station’s community amenities at no additional charge.
